I mean people biking on the sidewalk. Just 10 minutes ago I was walking on 2nd ave and a bike went past me on the sidewalk.

At which point your complaint has nothing to do with traffic or bike lanes, but the law that allows bikers to use the sidewalk.

Also, with the rudeness of bikers to ride on the sidewalk when they have their own lane. Just pointing out that saying not putting bike lanes means bikes in other places is bull because even when there are bike lanes bikes still use the sidewalks and general road.
