Seattle ‘a worst-case scenario for rent control to be introduced’

May I add that I used to be pretty center right growing up, but the years of right wing greed, and hatred of anyone who isn't wealthy, and white, ( sorry the right wing has a lot of open racists ya guys have to own that, a lot more open and supported racists than the left, that's a fact its on you guys who hate seeing that to clean it up ) has pushed me further left, now I almost weep with joy when I see a rich person cry that they are loosing profits because their workers are making more money, or that a land lord isn't making as much money because they are forced to charge less for rent or have a harder time removing a tenant, it makes me happy, and it comes from the green, and hate I have seen from the right wing over the years. I sorely wish we could get to a point where we can have a conversation where each side can speak and come to a solution thats best for both and not just one or the other. Favoring a landlord's ability to charge whatever they want whenever they want and discriminate for whatever reason they want has to be regulated against, but also allowing tenants to run amok over their landlord also needs to be regulated against. YES regulated the "Free market" is not going to solve these problems, it can't we need a real conversation with a real solution and a set of guide lines everyone can play by.
