The SEC is losing and the media is silent...

What about using two Twitter accounts? One would be for Elon Musk the person and another Elon Musk Tesla CEO and large stock shareholder. On his private account he could say whatever he wants about Tesla leaking information and if Tesla views said leaked information as damaging then they can settle it internally. Another account for Elon Musk the CEO can only contain information that the company decides can be revealed through a legal filter. Musk would not control this account rather he would suggest things to get posted there by another employee and said person would only do so after getting the go ahead from the legal department and or board of directors.
