Second day with my Siberian husky pup! Everyone meet Koda and his first zoomies since he has been home!

You did alot of research and the only thing you gathered was they need lots of attention?

They're also a very stubborn dog and tend to disregard negative reinforcement, so you should be using positive reinforcement training with your new pup, which is another whole book of research. Your breed is also a flight risk, so if you have a retractable collar on it, please throw it in the trash, get it an easy walk harness and a leash no more than six ft long.

Lots of exercise and also lots of grooming. Your pup will need to be brushed every day, and your clothes will need to be linted every day as well.

What do you even define as lots of attention? The dog needs mentally stimulating activities. Huskies have dog adhd and get bored easily. You can take your husky to the park, but it might be over it in 20 mins and just lay there the rest of the time. So even if you spend an hr there, 3/4 was spent doing nothing and a whole burst of energy was able to get stored up again.

I hate to doubt you, but your comment responses come off as an immature 21 yr old, who just because her life seems great now, assumes it will forever stay that way and you're grown and independent, when in reality, you more than likely receive more help from parents, atleast your dad than anything else. You didn't buy a house and a Mercedes by just stripping, which means you were assisted, and nothing is wrong with that, but why boast about it. Dad will continue to assist you, even with your dog.

You look cool with your own house and nice car, but nothing is cool about having an untrained, unruly husky, which will be your product 12 months from now if you seriously don't step it up and put the work into your pup. Hope you prove me, and numerous others wrong.
