Thanks, that does make sense. It’s just something neither us, family or friends had ever heard of.

We’ve certainly got nothing to hide (except the mess of the place!) so wouldn’t want to worry them thinking we did! I’m not sure of the ins and outs but don’t they have a period of a week or two once they are in to claim/bring up anything via solicitors?

I guess we would’ve preferred to be asked via EA/solicitors rather than them messaging us on Facebook saying “so when we coming over this weekend, someone else said we can come over so when works for you?” when we were none the wiser! (And on top of a very busy stressful week as it is!)
