I wonder why he does the weird toe-up pose. It wouldn't help with any of the soreness, just push it around. It's extra weird that he does that and moves his ankles so much when he walks. When you wear most heels, that's completely counterintuitive. You instinctively stay over your feet and bend your knees, not your ankles. Otherwise you literally feel your ankle going the wrong way.

When he's walking on those stairs around 2:15 in, I bet he was wearing lower lifts than usual. When he's going up, he hunches forward in a severe version of the proper heel-wearing stance when his soles don't 100% make it onto the step. The movement as he's going down, though, where his foot points and "reaches" for the next step without his weight over it, is impossible in most heels.
