Secretary Clinton and CNN have ensured that I will not vote for anyone not named Bernie Sanders come November.

I'm a Bernie fan but I'm a little afraid of his taxes. I read that a family making $60k (which is not much in if you live in places like California) is currently taxed $10k.. They said how much everyone will be paying with different presidents. Trump was the lowest something like $4k less, then Cruz at like $2k less, Clinton would be the same and Bernie would be $7k more. So $17k in taxes off $60k for Bernie's taxes

I think that's scary. I'm all for spreading the wealth but I think that is too much. Tax the crazy rich more, see how much money we would get and see what we can get from that. I'm hoping the article was BS but in all honesty it could be true.

I don't think people should get free college, everyone will have a degree and there will be more competition for jobs since it will be the new high school diploma. I paid for my college, I worked hard to do it. Is someone going to give me a check for what I paid? For the most part college is pointless, you dont need a college education to do the majority of jobs.

The health care part I'm torn on. It sounds nice to pay a flat tax and get health care but will the quality of my health care decline? Am I going to end up paying the same amount but have shittier health care (long wait times, sub par doctors, etc)?

I know a lot of people who abuse the system we have now. People that don't work but easily could, they just don't want to. They get disability, free education, health care.

What I like about Bernie is that he doesn't corporation backing, seems to have a good judgement (eg Iraq), and is for the environment (we need to protect it, its only going to get worse as population grows).

Call me selfish but I still think you should work hard. I dont want to work hard for my money to support someone who isn't.
