If this whole thing is true then this is exactly how I would have thought that it played out as well. There's a lot of speculation in the comments re: the fully nude part, but like, I was a teenage girl. Me and all my friends wore fucking ridiculous fashion underwear all the time from places like Primark and La Senza that was totally inappropriate for any kind of physical activity. Without being too graphic about it, you can kind of ruin that kind of underwear if you do heavy exercise (like cleaning) in it. It makes sense to me that someone would fully change prior to cleaning.

Also, I know it's not what people like to hear (and I can understand why they're mad about it) but it is very normal for cleaners to bring along kids, or swap shifts last minute and have someone else come along instead. All of this reads like a series of terrible decisions made out of fear, rather than a deliberate scam, but maybe I'm just naive. However, if my cleaning clients had secret cameras set up that I didn't know about, they definitely also got 19-year-old me pulling my shirt off after cleaning the bathroom to cool off.
