Seeing as we are coming into summer and the cyclists are back on country roads, can I just ask...

Dear Cyclists: - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zBFFrsvgu1Y [1] The footpath does not belong to you, nor does the road. The footpath is not a parking spot. The cycle lane is not a parking spot. Loading areas are not a parking spot for you unless you're actually loading/unloading something. Just because you can fit up the middle of traffic does not make a good idea to do so. hopping off your bike does not make it safe to walk through a red light. Hard Shoulders are for emergency stops, please dont clog them up cycling 3 abreast in massive groups. You always give way to a pedestrian. The rural roads of Wicklow and Wexford are a joke for your own safety be extra careful. The rules of the road apply to all users, equally. No seriously, follow all the rules of the road. Get off your fucking phone.
