A lot of those features are pretty trivial overall once you know the game. Most of them require a very general understanding of the game and aren't useful unless you're the type of person that barely pays attention to what's happening.

In the case for Barrows, the meta without the map is walking up to a center door and moving your camera to find the correct one. In the case of fishing, it's spending a second to look at the screen to find the next fishing location.

The only three features that really affect gameplay are the prayer reorganization, raid scouting, and imp finder. These shouldn't be allowed since they do give an unfair advantage to 3rd party client users.
