As already pointed out, there are resources in the auto reply. Other than that I would just Google for resources in your area, not that it makes much difference for tele visits.

One caution, be sure you select someone who is not already Q. Someone where I work started sessions and thought they were heading strangely. Sure enough, the mental health professional finally let it slip that they were anti-vax, anti-mask and a Q follower. They were actively trying to make the Q spouse the victim and the person seeking help the villain. She was absolutely crushed and nearly went off the deep end (her words, not mine). She looked again, asked some pointed questions and finally found someone reasonable. She felt a lot better and even learned she WAS triggering some of her spouses behavior. It ended in a separation pending divorce but at least my coworker feels more solid now.
