"Seems Legit" ($50/month to connect our unidentified device to your network) [Link goes to craigslist ad]

They are based in Hoboken. After some digging the two locations you're seeing in London and NYC are both virtual offices. Their address in London is the same that can be found in the description of this Youtube video listed as an offshore virtual business service. Same as the office that they have listed on the BBB site in NYC - that address is the same as Virtual Offices NYC.

I've done quite a bit of investigating and it looks like heir primary business is affiliate marketing. Part (if not all of their business) is pushing products like Dermaliv, and SynergyLife. These businesses survive only by creating websites like "bioskintoday.com" and other affiliate sites pretending to offer reviews while really just driving traffic to their product pages and charging people for a sample, then hitting up their CC's for lots of $$$ unsolicited.

The pi's are almost certainly for to expand their affiliate networks and increase the number of traffic to their sites to increase commissions.

It looks like a guy named Ian Fernando is the ringleader of the operation. The "Jon" from the email above looks to be Jon Jenne aka dwebtron. Other leaders in the business appear to be Gabriel Cano and Ryan Kiel
