That's not true at all. I never said there shouldn't be a court case. I'm arguing that he shouldn't show up for a court case in which his physical presence at court allows him to be effectively black bagged and taken on the whim of the US.

You can't see the nuance to my argument, and I think it's because you're too wrapped up in feminist rhetoric to stop for a moment and think about why this situation isn't as black-and-white as you think it is.

I don't even know what you're getting at with this sacrificial nonsense, sounds like some pathetic attempt at appeal to emotion. If anything, their rights are secondary to making a man sacrifice himself to almost guaranteed extradition in lieu of a fair trial. I don't understand how you're arguing for a court case that most likely wouldn't occur because he would be captured by a third party.
