Confused, poisoned, zombied, paralysis, silenced, cursed ect ect ect..
Im confused, did the guy walk in middle of road?
Did he not hear the vehicle, or and didnt he look infront of him at the only light that was heading his general direction, or and if it was behind didnt he see the long distance lights the car had on lighting up infront.
Was he mentaly challenged and jumped towards the center of the road, or and same scenario exept he didnt jump away from the car, or think to step outside the road Ahead of time.
AND if it was too dark to see where he was walking why didnt he have a flashlight to see...
Im confused over this, example in Thailand if you dont move out of the road you get killed, and they have Places where they have markets whitout visibility where Train moves right over where they have Food, if nobody moves out of the way then all of them can get killed by Objects flying everywhere... yet nobody gets killed, wont help to wear any gear that lights you up or anything...
For the sake of reson, i assume the guy walking, ignored everything and was actualy a guy who was trying to commit suicide, as in my contry the roads are Pitch black on Winter time, cars dont usualy have grip anyway to turn away from you and there are horrible drivers ie from other contrys around us thats not used to driveing in Snowy conditions and dont use Wheels whit spikes or anything, so even if they see a guy walking near or on the road they cant do anything about it.. so wearing reflective gear and makeing the driver who can be driveing around whit toxic Waste to explosive matterials if he Dodges away and slips on these horrible roads then its a worse scenario than a guy who clearly doesnt move away FROM the road over to the sidewalk or simply walking in the Woods NeXT to the road is sombody attemting to commit suicide..
Of corse this may be different in contrys like America where god may be protecting them and there isnt anything for miles near the road and People maybe walk on the center of the road to get spotted and get a lift to somwhere....
And on the side note on getting spotted, if half the People wear Wests or armbands that gets them spotted, if sombody on oposite side of road doesnt wear it, then driver will simply dodgeing over to the oposite lane where the person wont see the car and wont assume its driveing on its side of the road, and he will get hit instead despite him beeing ready to move off the road for People on his side of the road and so on and so on....
Simply put, its Your own job to keep yourself alive, and roads is a hard solid ground thats not very good to walk on, while driveing on them is realy good.
