First: Games perm automatically now, so no need to wait, you can go in and start transferring right away.

Second: The limit comes from number of games joined in a specific amount of time. I don't remember the exact rate, but my assumption is that you're going too quickly. Slow down, no one is going to steal your stuff from a passworded game.

I will wait about 10-15 seconds in a game with a char if I'm doing a lot of muling. Then pause for a few seconds after you leave the game. Back out to char select and pause for a few seconds, select your char and type in your game name/password slowly. You should be fine.

Third: If you do get a temp ban for going too quickly, simply pop on your mobile hotspot on your phone, connect with your computer and login to the game. Grab all your stuff and back out to wait for the ban to expire.

Temp bans are IP based, so an alternative is that you can change your IP from your router.
