I mean, yes, the US & Switzerland are mixed economies.

By using such a broad range of "mixed economies" then the term loses a bit of meaning, especially since it the comment implies there is an equivalent amount of socialism and capitalism in both of them

But also, if a Democrat introduced the Swiss health care system, it's be called socialism within 48 hours by most of the Republican caucus and on Fox News, because from what I've read, it regulates insurance companies far greater than even the ACA does, and limits things like premiums and deductibles.

"Socialism" is not simply defined by the healthcare system however; and to the reply in r/meat CH does not have free healthcare. The percentage of healthcare spending being private is above the United States.
