Please pay attention to this comment. I just read through this entire thread and this is the only bit of text that remotely (and I do mean remotely) hits the tip of the iceberg on this matter's true complexity. There are massive geopolitical consequences if the US withdraws support to KSA completely (WAY too many to list here). With respect to Yemen alone: keep in mind that withdrawing US support to KSA is NOT the same thing as ending the war and/or reducing future civilian deaths in Yemen. IMHO, far from it.

The US is not the only seller of munitions in the world, consider the other countries that would gladly fill that void.
I think we all can agree that the war in Yemen needs to end, but this is not the way to go about it.
