Senior Associates, yes we know, Associates don't know anything.

It has nothing to do with them being seniors but how they manage stress, resorting to unprofessional behavior.

Good seniors do not complain but counsel and encourage associates to grow. It helps create an environment where associates are eager to work well, learn, and comfortable asking for help from approachable and kind seniors. Good seniors are efficient and should transfer skills to associates. Managers should manage and control so budgets doing get blown. A budget is a tool for planning and control, after all.

At the same time, associates need to try not to repeat mistakes and to use checklists to self-review their work before submitting files or a section for review. Be proactive to minimize or eliminate problems happening. Don’t beat yourself up for mistakes. Learn from mistakes and grow. If you’re approaching or worried about being over budget, be proactive and get help.
