I was working at a coffee shop for about a year when my boss hired my ex girlfriend (16) who cheated on me with over 5 guys, one of which was 30. Is that not exactly what you said? I'm less inclined to believe she went out of her way - going as far as to get a job at the same place you work - when she cheated on you initially (which would show that she doesn't really care about you). Unless she is just some kind of petty sociopath that does go out of her way like that I'm much more inclined to believe you're a guy who got cheated on and couldn't work with his ex. I've seen that a ton of times. That was common with highschool/college kids when I worked in restaurants. It seems like she just started working at the same place as you and you didn't want her in your life at all because it still bothered you.

A month later I found out from my sister who also used to work at the coffee shop that my ex had applied there just to mess with me. This was one of the pettiest things she did considering I only treated her well and she, in turn, screwed me over.

This whole section seems unreliable at best. That is some dedication to 'mess with' an ex you cheated on multiple times. Why would she be that obsessed over you?

Idk. Doesn't add up to me, but they're your internet points. Sending a private video like that out of context is just shitty - even if she hurt you. I don't appreciate racial slurs at all, but if someone is around other people who know it isn't hate speech in context but it's for humor/a 'character' stereotype then that's up to them - sending that out of context to damage someone's reputation is shitty.

This is more r/prettyrevenge than r/confession imo.
