Sep 6 - Round 7 - Day 023 Daily Discussion Thread!

I'm feeling pretty disheartened right now. I've been part of this 100 days of keto since day 1, I've tracked and counted macros meticulously, and I've been exercising more and I am not losing at all. I keep bouncing between 223 and 226. Literally, I've not gone above or below those numbers since starting the 100 days of keto. It's frustrating when you're putting this much work into weighing, measuring, counting, in addition to increased exercise, and to see no scale progress.

I understand how weight fluctuates daily and to not allow yourself to get hung up on the day to day gains and losses. And I know that there are other forms of success besides what the scale says. If you take the weight factor out of it, I feel like I'm doing really well. Sticking to my calories, counting my macros, getting electrolytes, my clothes feel good (though I can't tell a difference between current fit and pre-100 days fit), and my willpower is greatly improved. I even managed to stay lazy keto this weekend while I was home visiting family (the first time I've been able to do this since starting keto almost 2 years ago).

I've done IF since pretty much day 1, I've increased my water, I've decreased diet sodas and artificial sweeteners, I rarely snack unless I'm absolutely hungry. I'm seriously at a loss here guys. Any advice would be appreciated.
