Sephora 'Sun Striping' Technique - bronzer in place of highlighter

I have been doing this and I credit emilynoel83. She suggested a "makeup play time" and I've been using this to experiment. So I experimented on where blush bronzer looked best on me and what brushes I liked the best. My favourite "bronzer" for a very natural look is actually IT cosmetics illuminating powder. I get one shade darker than my skin tone (since IT cosmetics has only a limited shade range this will limit the usefulness of this recommendation). It is a rosy sort of brown that looks looks like my skin does when I've got a bit of sun. I like to use ELF stipple brush to apply blush and right now my favourite "my flush but better " blush is Burt's Bees Toasted cinnamon. I run the blush more vertically down my nose which suits my round face and I put a pop of a brighter pink on the apples of my cheeks (e.g. Surratt pomponier) as a final bit of blush.
