September 12 Daily Thread

Starting 2nd cycle of 531 Beefcake tomorrow. I am making the following improvements to my diet and training.

Diet:

In my first cycle I just took the approach of eating more and healthy. No takeaways. It's been hard to gauge my progress because I gained a lot of water, but I think I'm mainly at maintenance. To improve I am going to take it a step up and prepare most of my meals before hand and track for 2500 calories. (I maintain at 2000 even with conditioning because I am tiny, have no muscle, and have extremely high bodyfat).

Conditioning:

With my previous conditioning I went too crazy, and my accessories got hit hard. To improve for the coming cycle I am going to just focus on 1 thing conditioning wise. Which will be the Air Dyne bike doing 3 sessions of HIIT, and the other days LISS for active recovery and calorie burning.

Training:

I've been doing well in terms of training. I make sure to get the 5x10's done as quickly as I can. But sometimes I don't get my sessions done as quickly as I like due to being in a commercial gym I sometimes lost time due to things like looking for a damn collar, or a 1.25kg plate.
