I wouldn't go that far. Her passive is actually quite unique. The echo part of it could be compared to Leblanc R, but having that kind of ability as a passive is pretty different. The second part of her passive increasing her basic ability range hasn't been done before IIRC. In fact, i don't know of any mage that can increase the range of their basic abilities in the same way that Seraphine can. You have abilities like Zoe E that extend under certain conditions, but to have a passive that increases the range of all of your basic abilities the more stacks you have seems pretty new and different.
