[Serious] Do you know of any strange little subcultures most people might not have heard of?

Chicago has this punk rock "crew" called the Chi-Town 77 Street Punks. They have black or platinum blonde dyed hair with weird retro shag cuts, lots of leather, lots of jewelry and accessories and shoes. I'm talking shit like 3 belts: one white with pyramid studs, one black bondage belt, one red zebra print, none of which can actually hold up their pants. They also wear these embroidered denim jackets. They all have punk rock nicknames or use a diminutive version of their name like johnny or danny or jimmy.

They fancy themselves an actual gang and basically go around beating up homeless people, harassing kids half their age, and talking shit. They have a weird white power-y sort of vibe too.

Apparently the "crew" has been going on in some way since 1995. Anyone who goes to punk shows or hangs out in certain bars in Chicago at least notices their presence, even if they don't know much about them. When I was in high school friends of mine would always go try to hang out with them because they thought they were cool and super punk rock (they did have excellent taste in music, but that's another story) and would end up getting beat up, or given amounts of drugs and alcohol they weren't ready for, or doing ridiculous things to prove their punkness. The whole 77 thing has evolved into kind of a weird sub-sub culture of the punk rock scene in this city.

They used to have a real website but this page is the only of theirs I can still find. (Adblock is your friend here.) "Emo was more popular then Street Punk. Kids were misled by false representation, they would go to shows and see dorks in thick rimed glasses and baggy pants instead of mohawks and bondage gear. Well, we hated that shit and were worried that when kids went to a punk show they would see dorks instead of real punks. So we beat a few kids up just to send the message that if you are gonna say your a punk you better be one. You better be a real punk, a Street Punk. So far we've done our best to live up to the standards of that we represent and expect. Punk is not about peace its about SEX CHAOS VIOLENCE HATE DESTRUCTION IRRESPONSIBILITY ALCOHOLISM AND FUN."

I won't link to it because it includes personal info on the guys, but there is a blog entry floating around anti-racist pages that details some other stuff about them. You could probably also find some social media profiles, if they're from Chicago and their username includes the number 77 and they look like they want to be Keith Richards real bad, that's probably one of them.
