[Serious] Are you content with how your life is going?

Lately, yes. A year 16 months ago I was in a dark place and struggling with Alcohol, depression and was miserable with a bad outlook. I pulled myself out of a dark place and learned to live in the moment, Alcohol is a non issue anymore. I've lost 70+ pounds and have been pursuing my passion while thriving in my career. It's all partially due to my cat. I had a sad moment where I didn't think I was going outlive him and that was sobering for sure. I still have bad, shit moments that sometimes spiral into a bad night but it stops there. I try to really live life by the hour and it feels right. Isolation really shook shit up for me.

James Clear's Atomic habits was a really motivating source of inspiration that helped me to not feel overwhelmed when making these massive life changes. I recommend it for anyone who feels stuck or overwhelmed by daunting tasks. I was not a big reader before that book, but now read nightly as well.
