[Serious] You are offered another shot at your life. If you accept, you will wake up tomorrow as your 18 year old self. Do you take the offer? If so, what do you do differently?

Absolutely. (Warning: semi-depressing)

I was a quiet, overweight, and nerdy kid. Not much action with the ladies, you could say. When I turned 18, I registered for selective service at the post office. A week or two later I got a jury duty notice, so I went. It ended up being a rape case that happened at the college I was going to be attending in the fall.

I had to decide a man's fate after hearing both sides; seeing them both in the same room again. I was a virgin on a rape trial jury. The whole thing really messed with my head.

He said; she said.

The idea of making the wrong move. The idea that a woman can accuse a man of rape and ruin his lie forever.

Looking back now, I realize the impact this had on my development (with the ladies).

If I could do it over, I would get out of jury duty.

I would keep working out. I had joined a sport my senior year of high school, so I had lost a good amount of weight.

I wouldn't take up drinking in college. My dad had a drinking problem when he was younger. I gained all the weight back. I also had some major digestive issues and serious childhood trauma that leads to overeating (never full, oral fixation?). This part was deeply repressed until recently. Food and booze are still a crutch for me. Going back won't change that.

Most of all, I would have pursued the intimidatingly beautiful undergrad, because I'm worth it, and I think she liked me.

I guess I still have time to make changes, and I'm at a crossroads in life. My ex and I have continued living together for over a year since we split, and she is moving out soon. We're (mostly) still friends. I broke my foot recently, and am still recovering. Once I'm healed, I plan on riding the new bike I bought before my injury, both to rehabilitate and lose some weight. My recovery time has also helped me cut back on my drinking. My rent is doubling, so I've been looking at buying land or a house. I really want to quit my job and live in a bus for a while. Not sure what my next moves are, but back in time would be the best.
