[Serious] Do you believe that college is worth the financial costs and has significantly helped you grow intellectually, socially, and towards a better future for yourself and career?

I'm a junior currently at the local university at 24 years old and I think it's totally worth it. As long as you get your aa degree from the local community college and transfer to a local university for the last two years you shouldn't be in too much debt. Luckily I have an aunt that's paying for my college education and i've switched my majors 6 different times total. I'm terrible at math and science so I could only do a bachelor's of arts degree. I tried being a history major last semester but I couldn't stand all the heavy research papers and teachers talking about low pay and unrelated jobs after graduation. I switched to Digital Technology and Culture and i'm 100% happy with my decision. It has one of the best return on investments and a very high employment rate. It's very useful in the real world and i'm learning a lot of new things in my english and anthropology classes right now that I wouldn't have learned or thought about anywhere else. I'm not getting the whole college experience but it's worth it since i'll have no student loan debt. I know a ton of friends stuck working at grocery stores, restaurants, call centers, cell phone stores, car rental companies, etc. working for really low pay at a dead end customer service or sales job. I decided that I didn't wanna get stuck in those awful jobs for the rest of my life and stuck in my hometown until i die, so as long as you have an end goal in mind and are going for a degree that's employable you should be fine. For most people it's totally worth the investment. For me it's worth it no matter what because i'll have no student loan debt, but i'm the exception and not the rule. I probably would of regretted majoring in something like english, anthropology, or history though because you'll most likely end up in a totally unrelated low paying job with those degrees unless you plan on getting a master's.
