[Serious] Cancer survivors of Reddit, when did you first notice something was wrong?

I had a.l.l leukaemia and was diagnosed at 12. Its really interesting because most of the other cancer patients with the same cancer as me had completely different stories. For me I was always a super sickly kid. Missed a lot of days, and I would always throw up a lot. We went to the doctors a lot trying to figure out why i was throwing up nearly everyday. After months of testing they diagnosed me with eosinophilic esophagitis. They gave me a steroid that helped with it for quite a bit. But after that i would feel like fainting after too much exercise, being a stupid kid i didnt tell anyone because i was embarrassed that it wasnt normal. Got to the point where i would feel like fainting just from going up the stairs. But that wasnt what got me diagnosed, i had a pain in my upper leg that was hot to the touch. So i was sent to the hospital and they misdiagnosed me. They didnt do any bloodwork and my mom wanted them to but they said it wouldnt be necessary. But after that i went home and my mom still didnt think that was the end of it. So she took me to my family doctor and thats when we found out.
