[Serious] Did Tony Romo's performance in these playoffs change your perception about him ( for better or worse) ?

I am not a guy who likes to look at team accomplishments to judge a QB. So, let's look at the numbers.

Romo's numbers through 90 career starts and 3,091 pass attempts.

Win% Cmp% Yards TD TD% INT INT% AY/A YPG Rate
.600% 64.8% 24,500 166 5.4 85 2.7 7.7 272.2 95.6

Stafford has played 77 career starts and 3,099 pass attempts.

Win% Cmp% Yards TD TD% INT INT% AY/A YPG Rate
.455% 59.6% 21,714 131 4.2 85 2.7 6.6 282.0 83.6

Romo accomplished more statistically and did so more efficiently than Stafford their 1st 3, 090 pass attempts.

Romo through 123 career starts and 4,183 attempts.

Win% Cmp% Yards TD TD% INT INT% AY/A YPG Rate
.610% 65.2% 33,008 239 5.7 107 2.6 7.8 268.4 97.7

Rivers through 131 career starts and 4,176 attempts.

.618% 64.7% 32,999 226 5.4 104 2.4 7.9 251.9 96.5

Rivers and Romo are very similar in stats and careers. Romo has been slightly more efficient and productive statistically through a very similar number of attempts.

Romo through 112 career starts. 3,866 pass attempts.

Win% Cmp% Yards TD TD% INT INT% AY/A YPG Rate
.571% 64.8% 30,239 212 5.5 102 2.6 7.7 270 96.0

Cutler through 119 career starts, 3,871 pass attempts.

Win% Cmp% Yards TD TD% INT INT% AY/A YPG Rate
.513% 61.7% 27,749 183 4.7 130 3.4 6.6 233.2 85.2

Romo is ahead of Cutler in every statistical category by a wide margin.

Romo 91 career starts, 3,133 pass attempts.

I am not sure what you are basing your rankings on, but it's not the performance of a QB.
