I play VS and NC on Connery and occasionally TR and can tell you that for one NC outfits could care less about new player development, they just want to try to act cute with other men in comms, secondly they don't work together.

On the other hand VS as much trash talking as there was during the outfit wars ramp up, the two large groups Wild Cards and Dropping Purple Smoke, will occasionally work together or at least be cordial. There is no purposeful team killing or really any tactic designed to hurt another outfit on the VS. People from either outfit regularly participate in each other's platoon and the help is always appreciated.

NC also has the most members, they did win 4 in a row yesterday but compare that to the TR which has the least members, that means TR is attracting people who are good enough to farm and want lots of targets.
