[Serious] Have you experienced anything in your life that cannot be explained by science?

This could be explained by science, but as I know little about the scientific world and how things works here goes.

Spring/summer of '97. I had one of those badass 6-wheel RCracers for Xmas; the kind where you had to fucking buy the battery separately which meant, for my family, waiting another 4-5 months until my parents could afford it.

So come April/May/June I finally got the battery. I charged that sum bitch ASAP so I could drive the RC around my basement all night. My parents were going out for the evening and I was to be left alone- perfect RCing time; you couldn't have your parents yelling down and ruining the perfect lap you had going.

So I charged it, my parents left, and I had my fun. With no distractions I drove that thing for about an hr (as long as those old batteries would last before needing recharged).

As the RC bit slower and slower and the winding sound got lower and lower in pitch- indicative of a dying battery- I drove the RC towards me, flicked the switch, then disconnected the battery. The charger for the battery was in the garage so I hooked it up then went into the den/tv room n the first level to watch some nick at night, probably the Munsters.

About 2-3 hrs later I went down to the basement to admire that badass RC I had finally been able to drive- I'm not kidding that thing was a beaut to my 12 yr old eyes, my Xmas present, my prize possesion. As I went to pick it up to admire it in more detail the car sped off away from me for 2 feet or so. I didn't think much of it, maybe some juice from the battery was still inside somehow, I don't fucking know, I was 12...well I bent over again to pick it up and the same thing happened. I tried one more time before high-tailing it upstairs to hide under the blankets until my parents came home.

IDK what happened. We lived on 12 acres of woods/fields so my young mind discounted radio interference or anything. The house was an old farm house so I immediately thought it was a ghost or something..

Wow. This story really got away from me- the power of nostalgia

TLDR: RC car had a mind of its own, thought it was a ghost, hadn't thought about it in at least 10 yrs, still convinced it was a ghost, maybe 2 of 'em
