[Serious] Family court laywers: what's the most petty behavior you've seen from parents?

Okay I just want to share my parents divorce story. Because it's kinda messed up but everything ended well

I watched my dad get arrested when I was in grade 2. This started the divorce.

He emptied all the accounts.

I have a twin brother, he refused to pay any child support(which was like 500 a month or some absurdly low amount for twins). Attempted to take her to court but eventually filed bankruptcy.

He moves to Dominican Republic and Bermuda during our childhood. Never really paying her

Sounds super negative. But my mom is the most amazing. She didn't care and always just wanted to move on. Didn't want to hurt him and wanted for them to be able to move on.

In the end, my dad had visitation anytime he wanted really and was a great dad. He commuted suicide a couple years ago. And despite his flaws was definitely one of my best friends

I can't stop rambling. Or make him not sound like a shitty person. But he wasn't. They had a long history and he never mistreated us. Was just bad at divorce. He didn't have a big part in raising us but definitely always made the moments we had together memorable.

I just wanted to share. When I started typing it made more sense.
