[Serious] Folks who used to be incels, neckbeards, or "nice guys"/"nice girls", what helped you snap out of it and how could people help friends or colleagues who may be on or going down that road?

It's not something that just changes one day. It's all just beliefs and actions that really aren't the right things to be thinking or acting.

How to avoid:

  • Even that super cute person you like is a person. All those thoughts you have in your head? They have them too. Their own conscious, their own ideas, their own beliefs. They're not just a thing for you to like; they're a complete person.

I have thoughts in my head that tell me to eat my semen because it's my life-force. But girls don't understand. They think I'm weird because I don't want to inject them with my life-force. It's my life-force! I'm not going to just give it to you.

  • If you want someone to like you, you have to be someone they would want to like.

I'm likable to anyone. What are you implying? My parents tell me I'm the nicest kid they know. All my friends love playing games with me online. I'm also always the life of the LAN party.

  • You can't get mad at someone for not liking you, or not responding the way you want. Sure, you can get mad if they're actually rude to you, but that's not very often. And usually the only times someone would be rude is because you're continually pestering and annoying them.

Please see my second answer. I'm nice. If someone doesn't want to be my girlfriend, there's something fundamentally wrong with them, not me. My inner self is beautiful and I know it. If you swipe left on me, then fuck you. I'll swipe all over your face and then lick it off because I'm not letting you keep my life-force.

  • Imagine if someone you found unattractive was always talking to you, always doing stuff for you. Is there any "nice" thing they could do for you that would all of a sudden make you attracted to them?

If they let me have sex with them, it would be a start. But, there must be an understanding that it will be a polyamorous relationship on my side, and she cannot keep my semen.
