I agree with that, I found it extremely empowering after my life went to shit because I got fired to realise that it is the system that is broken, it is not me that is broken. And before that I had struggled with mental health for a long time and I also felt like being able to not blame myself because I understood the world better was huge.
But tbh I find this to be a really childish sub, which is dripping in sarcasm and irony, and I don't think most of the people who post here would be able to speak to someone in need of help, unless they're quite different outside of here.
I quite like /r/lostgeneration and I believe it has some effective leftists who are a better model to follow.
