Had a tough breakup with my ex earlier this year, it felt like no matter how much I bent over backwards for her and did all I can it was just never enough, even after our breakup we still decided to remain friends and we catch up from time to time. I’ve had a rough time meeting & trying to date people since but when we talk she always reminds me about how happy she is with her new boyfriend who she started dating two weeks after we broke up. I think nowadays I’m mostly just sad over the fact I haven’t really had lucky with dating this year since I’m a really loving and intimate person, but something about her reminders of how great her new relationship is probably touches a sensitive spot for me too.
