[Serious]Homeschooled redditors, what were the pros and cons? Would you do it again?

On mobile, so apologies for formating. Was home-learn'd from 6th through 12th grade, now go to a D1 University, planning on med school in two years. I also have 4 younger siblings, 2 of which still homeschool, 1 in college, and 1 married with a kid. FEEL FREE TO ASK ANY QUESTIONS!

Pros:

1 Short school days, like 3-4 hours because I got to do it at my own pace, which was much faster than public school pace.

2 Got to play AAU basketball, so got to travel all over the country.

Also played football, baseball, and track & field with other homeschoolers. We competed against the local public schools, and even traveled to surrounding states for tournaments hosted by public schools.

3 Made plenty of friends via basketball and also a co-op we attended. Through the co-op, which was 1 day a week for 6 hours, I took my more difficult classes like Algebra, Calculus, Chemistry, A&P, etc. They were generally taught by people who actually had degrees in those fields.

4 Lots of free time to hang out with friends, explore the woods, hunt, etc.

5 Was around my family quite often obviously. I consider it a pro because we had much more time to bond and get to know each other.

Cons: Honestly, I can't think of any atm. I'll update if I come up with any. UPDATE: One con would be dating, or lack thereof. I had a few girlfriends in high school, but a good number of the females in the community come from extremely protective (read: religious) families would didn't believe in dating, but rather "courting". My family is religious, but my parents didn't limit us to courting.
