If you are someone who feels that they cannot control their actions while drunk to the point of endangering others around you, then it is now your responsibility to no longer get drunk in those situations.

To give a lower stakes example, if I know in general when I drink at a party I'm likely to not stop in time to drive home, the right choice for me is to not drink at all rather than risk a situation where I make a drunken decision to drive and kill someone.

If for some reason you think that you getting drunk has any chance of you now raping someone, you shouldn't get drunk.

But also that's a pretty extreme reaction/action for being drunk so maybe talk to someone about it?
