[Serious] If a physical fight is inevitable, what can a person with no experience do to prepare?

As a violent drunk 24-26 year old, 145lb guy.

Someone talks to me the wrong way or calls me a bitch or sticks a middle finger out will make me snap. You start off by smashing there face with your fists and keep moving forward and punching them. Hopefully they lose balance and you can then start to stomp them. If your the guy getting smashed and you lose balance, rolling works and then jump up on your feet.

I've seriously got in fights with bigger guys then me and they run their mouth expecting nothing to happen, so I grab them by their right shoulder which makes them not able to use their right fist to my face and start smashing there face with my right hand. Bitch cried to his girlfriend afterwards saying "why didn't you help me?"

You have to be able to take a beating too, don't be afraid as long as you don't die your wounds will heal.

Just a couple weeks ago I had a buddy smash a gun to my head. I was shocked as it came out of no where and I said did I flinch, keep going and let him smash my head a few more times and then shit got real pretty quick. I got pics to prove but rather have my face not in it as its a video.
