[Serious] Men who have been raped by women, what's your story?

A little late to the thread, but here goes.

My ~ 9 month girlfriend and I came home after a party and went to bed. To sleep, so I thought. We were using condoms as contraception and we were out, so there was nothing on the cards. That was until she got a bit horny. I said no, we shouldn’t / couldn’t, we weren’t protected. Oh, go on, come on, go on. Said no (but was a bit horny myself, I mean, it’s not difficult, I’m a dude). Eventually, she got onto me (I’m quite a small guy, she was a larger girl) and got on with it anyway. At this point, the only way to put the brakes on would have been to get a bit physical. It was quite odd; either let her get what she wanted or hit her.

Anyway, about halfway through I quit being mad / surprised / weirded out and got into it. One of my main concerns was that she was pretty lazy, and I didn’t expect her to go get the morning after pill without a lot of hassle from me.

Anyway. I didn’t feel violated or anything, it had no long term effect on me. I just felt pretty annoyed for 24 h. She didn’t see a problem, she told her friends it was great and decided to go on the pill because she enjoyed it so much. I told my friends, they had a laugh about it with me (not in a mean way).

I’m pretty close to being a feminist in my normal life. I think women get a bum deal. Pay gap, objectification, men being dicks in general. But this has sort have stayed with me because I think if you tell the story in reverse, the guy is in jail. If I had been properly upset, would anyone have taken me seriously? We broke up 6 months later and I’m now super happy with someone else. I don’t think about that night unless prompted, and feel really sorry for other men here who have had worse experiences.
