I only check my insulin regularily. My dad has a device for that. It is ok and in limits.

My last thyroid hormone check was about a month ago when the values were just a bit over the limit. Doctor said it is not something to worry about yet and we will check it again in 3 months. Values can vary a lot in my case

This month I had worse pains than usual. Cramps and back pains but only in the first day. Today (monday) pains are there but it hurts way less than yesterday.

I am worried about the color mostly. And about the volume of the blood - which is less than before.

I never had a black period until now. Last month was also black-ish but i also had a day in which iy eas full red. Now it's all dark
