[Serious] Non-Americans of reddit, what do you criticize America the most for?

Kyrgyzstan: Here in Kyrgyzstan we still have heavy Russian media influence. And as you might expect, Russian media propaganda likes to accuse America for every single bad thing happening on this planet. It's sometimes so absurd that it's not even funny. Kyrgyz people in general are tolerant and hospitable (I guess it's in the tradition of nomads), just ask any American that has been to KG). But I am afraid that Moscow controlled TV channels, newspapers and so called "experts" do nothing but the harm for KG - US relationships. I am sure it is their objective. Russians like to blame U.S. for heavy drug traffic from Afghanistan through Kyrgyzstan to Russia. Of course there are good Russians, but also I shold mention that lots of ethnic Russians living in Kyrgyzstan say that Central Asia should be only Russia's ally. They try to convince us, kyrgyz, that U.S. has a secret plan to conquer Central Asia and cause a chaos like in Iraq and Afghanistan.

We used to host U.S. and NATO military base untill 2012. But in 2010, when there was a revolution in Kyrgyzstan, Moscow urged that new authorities of our country to get rid of US base or face tough new economic reality. Since Russia is the main supplier of fuel to Kyrgyzstan, the newly elected president of KG had no choice but to ask American military base leave the country. Although the military base itself was a good source of revenue to local economy - it employed locals, bought some products and services from local businesses, etc. I know that 90% of ethnic Kyrgyz don't buy that Americans are evil imperialists trying to destroy our region, but there some that do. When an ordinary kyrgyz man living in some rural place keeps hearing and seeing in TV that U.S. is the evil empire number 1 behind revolutions, wars, etc. he might believe it/ The young generation in the capital city is a bit different - they are mostly western oriented, many speak English, watch western movies, etc, and in general they don't believe Russian propaganda.

We can't get rid of the Russian media propaganda because, it may trigger some serious actions by Kremlin. They may accuse us violating the rights of ethnic Russians or Russian speaking people and their right for information. etc.
Fun fact: 90-95% of the ethnic Russians living in Kyrgyzstan don't speak Kyrgyz language and don't want to. They say it's too difficult to learn this language. While I've seen so many American volunteers working and teaching in Kyrgyzstan speaking Kyrgyz language withing 1-2 years of living here:)
