[Serious] people who are over 30, what is it like to not have children?

I’m female and in my 30s and have been getting really rude comments about having children since I was 25. My partners brother made a time is ticking comment about me last month.

Funny thing is, I get the comments, not my partner and he’s the one who wants children. We’ve put of having children as we’re getting married later in the year and wanted children after the wedding, my job has not been the most stable and my mother was a nut job, which kind of puts me of children. Plus, teaching means I see a lot of kids who have little to no parenting, and I would be lying if I said that’s not put me off.

Regarding my friends who have children who are my age, we can go away easier and for less than them. I know a lot of women my age who don’t want children and there is almost a bullying movement by what men with children to get them to conform. From my experience men never get that.
