If he made a statement which you interpreted as contradicting, then that statement may not be accurate. I'm not sure that a comment made off the record -- no matter what was said -- will influence a sworn affidavit which was made under penalty of perjury.

I've generally don't pay any attention to James O'Keefe, as it doesn't really matter what he does unless the evidence ends up being used in a legal case.

I'm also well aware of where Destiny [and by proxy his community] stands when it comes to the guys credibility, which aligns with the common left-wing media narrative. I have never considered him credible personally, but I do find it interesting that his legal track record appears to contradict the narrative.
