Serious question from a Republican. Not trolling. Does Bernie still have a chance to beat Hillary?

OP- This!

The FBI is run by John Comey, who has an interesting history. A 2013 Obama appointee, he is a registered Republican, but known to be a "Boy Scout" (honest), in part due to his standing up to Dubya over warrantless surveillance when Comey was Acting Director of the DoJ. This came to a head, when Gonzales tried to go to Ashcroft's sick bed to get around this, only to find Comey had staked it out to head him off (to Ashcroft's gratitude).

But he was, in earlier days, one of the prosecutors on the Whitewater case, and had differences with Bill Clinton over the Iranian origin of the Khobar bombing (documents later showed that Clinton knew Iranian Hezbolah was responsible, but he hoped to create better relations with Iran, so suppressed the info), leading to an inability to extradite 11 of the 14 Khobar bombers (Comey successfully prosecuted the 3 he was able to get hold of).

So, Comey is probably not a big fan of the Clintons.

Further, Hillary's email server had the same IP address as the Clinton Foundation email server. It is easily possible, and commonly done, to have multiple email servers on the same machine. The FBI has recovered "most if not all" of the emails Hillary deleted as private with regards to Judicial Watch's FOIA lawsuit.

This means the FBI likely has timestamps for both Hillary's Secretary of State travel (more than most other Secretaries of State, with comparatively little to show for it, and, more damning, to places and with people, by whom Bill had recently been paid to speak).

It's only mid-May. Comey has already warned that the FBI investigation may go past the Democratic convention into the general election. As a "Boy Scout" he may want any big reveal to happen before the convention. As a Republican, however...
