[Serious] Redditors who have pulled themselves out of depression, what's one daily habit that significantly made your life better?

VITAMINS worked for me!!

Guys it’s been a tough 2 years.

What I take: SAM-e - 400mg x 2 per day for 3 days then 400mg daily in the am Omega 3/6/9 Turmeric (Max Strength I think 1000mg) Multi Vitamin d3 - 5000UI MSM Creatine Coq10 Phytophanere 2/day

I have been convinced that I would never get out, I was being consumed. Finally had enough, and stuck to this and noticed a change after week 2. Noticeable change. Since then it’s been easy to get back into good habits (thanks Atomic Habits - by James Clear) like exercise, CBT, cooking and eating healthfully.

Just don’t give up. Everyone’s depression requires a different solution.

Keep trying. You might not find the perfect solution in one place, but boring the stuff that works is really helpful. When you gather up enough of those helpful bits it all kind of fits together in a depressi-piffany.
