[Serious] Redditors who have or know someone who claims to have experience with extra-terrestrials, what stories do you have to share?

My best friend in high school and I shared everything with each other: who we "liked," "loved," and our heartbreaks when they rejected us or we were stuck in the friend zone while the objects of our infatuation hooked up with the biggest losers. LOL - that's high school right? Actually, we went to school together from my 7th to 9th grades, then he went to college after my sophmore year. He often expressed how important our friendship was and that he felt he could tell me anything and trusted me. In his junior and senior years, he also mentioned that he had something - some dark secret - that he wanted to tell me, and promised he would, but later. Years passed, we stayed friends, and in my senior year, he actually told me two dark secrets he said he never told another soul. I'll leave aside the first of his dark secrets - let's say it's irrelevant - but in response to this post, I'll share his second secret with you as it relates to a close encounter of the third kind. Some background: He lived in the Four Corners area in the Southwest. This area is widely known for UFO sightings, and of course, not far from Area 51. I knew that, but that's not something he said or I ever mentioned. So, basically, he just says one day that he's gonna tell me something, the big dark secret he always wanted to share with me, and then he says that a few times in his life, between the ages of 5 - 16, he woke up, frozen, but able to see two "greys" standing at the foot of his bed. I responded with "whoa...," and I don't remember much more if he said much more, but I think I asked if he ever felt like he was abducted, and I think he said no, but although I don't recall those details, I do think he probably held a lot back, satisfied something in himself by telling me what he did, but I firmly believe there was more to it. He was my friend, I asked some questions, told him I supported him and would never tell a soul, and then afterwards, I just put it in the vault. But I tell you, I always remember this because I've always wondered about UFO's, but never seen anything, and I'm the world's most cynical person, I think 90% of what people do and say is a lie, but in my heart, I have no doubt that my friend saw what he saw, or had suffered from a major psych-break halucination; but I think the former is more probable. My mother, who I also believe, says that while she was driving through the arizona desert, there was a brightly lit saucer shaped craft in the sky that decended about a 1/3 mile away from the highway, and hovered or standed in place. She said she and about a half a dozen other cars stopped and got out and just stared. After a few minutes, the light disappeared. So, as a cynic with no personal experience, I can't say I know, but in my heart, I believe.
