Serious scam, multiple unauthorized charges

4 separate charges without my knowledge, 3 of them occurring AFTER I inquired about the unauthorized activity.

I’ve Dm’d u/Rizwank as well as emailed mint mobile support to no avail; no response.

Yes, the worst case scenario is a 1 week grace period in which I cannot access my primary checking account after which I’m issued a new debit card to which I must transfer ALL of my current subscriptions. And then another 2 weeks until my bank refunds the money and this is after I fill out an affidavit that takes a few additional days to be received in post. Not particularly convenient eh?

Not to mention the bank will cover the fraudulent charges while Mint mobile keeps what they took from my account.

It may not be a scam in the STRICTEST sense, but its a shady, unstable and unreliable service thus far. I have not received so much as an apology from customer support so I will continue to advise against this struggling service.
