First of all, you have no idea what you're talking about, these two cases are not intertwined at all, you can have both good research and good healthcare for your citizens.

secondly, the US hasn't been the sole frontier in medicine for a long long time now, and specifically the medicine that I'm talking about was actually developed and tested in our country and is planned to be sold to the US soon.

You're hilarious, I bet you have no connection to the science world at all? Most labs in the US collaborate with many countries in the world, it's a give and take and is very much a group effort, grow up kid.
