[Serious] Smart investors of r/investing - What are your reasons for thinking there will/will not be an upcoming recession or significant downturn in 2019?

Oh bullshit. What do you people make and spend a year. Like I don't fucking get it. You see any one 80 years working? No. Ok then so clearly you don't need a million. Do you think everyone who had retired has a million? Ok then. So after working 35 years starting at 15 I've maxed out my SS earnings at 50. Working to bump the low years gets me like another pizza a month. So basically all I need to do is get to 65. I'm on Medicare once I stop work and all my assets are tax exempt anyways. Lastly someone is going to give me medical or I will fuck shit up. What do I got to lose at that point? You'll give me medical in jail.

This bs stuff about Johnny died because he didnt have insulin doesn't need to happen. Walk into the ER and abuse the fuck out of that shit. Get a psychic hold and some some stuff. What you going to do? Go after my untouchable assets? Naw.

Million dollars and can't retire. Give me a break. The yield alone is 20k if all in stock. You want to be a wage slave till you die that's your business. My ass is done at 45 and/or a million which ever happens first. If I run out I'm going one social welfare. If that's gone prison. So it's societies choice. Give me 12k and leave me alone or spend 40k to lock in a cage annually. Either way it's 3 hots and a cot.
