[Serious] Teachers of Reddit, did you hate/dislike any of your fellow teachers, and if so, why?

Honestly there have been a handful, but hands down it has got to be a co-teacher. I teach freshman English and, due to a high amount of Special Education students, she was placed there. We are an online school, so the issues I have might be different than a brick-and-mortar school.

She's rather unprofessional. For instance one day she needed to go get her child from another school due to being sick. Instead of calling off, she just logged into our class on her phone while she drove, waited to get her kid and then drove back. If I had done that I would've been written up. To this day I have no idea if she ever was. This was not the first incident of her not thinking things through either, so it wasn't new.

Overall she's unprepared for lessons until after I teach the first class we share (we share 2 of them) and doesn't really attempt to add to the lessons until the day of. Sometimes she's trying to throw things in while I teach. I'm also fairly certain she shares what I do with the other English 9 teacher she works with. Now sharing is great and I don't mind at all, but some permission and credit would be nice.

I have reached out to my administration as well as hers and all I've got in response is "We know you've had problems. This is not the first incident with you nor with other teachers. She has been on an improvement plan." She's been on it for a year to no avail. I've tried to talk to her about it and she just stopped contributing at all unless I flat out tell her to give me something and honestly, it's not worth my time when what she has done in the past is just create more work for me.

I've told my boss that I do not want to work with her next year. Judging by past teachers who said this I can guess that they will just take away the class and move me around. I have no idea why she still has a job.
